Mrs. Donkar Wangmo is the Chief Counselor heading the DOE Guidance & Counseling section and holds the position of a Joint Secretary at the Department of Education. She graduated with Masters in School Counseling from University of Northern Iowa, Iowa, United States of America (www.uni.edu) in 2002 under the Tibetan Fulbright Scholarship which is now known as Tibetan Scholarship Program (TSP). She has attained Masters in Philosophy (M.Phil) and Master degree in English Literature

Mr. Tenzin Chondhen currently works as an Assistant Counselor at the Department of Education, CTA. He had completed his Undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters of Science in Psychological Counseling from Christ University, Bangalore in 2011 and 2013 respectivily. He worked for a year as a Career Consultant and placement officer at Tibetan Career Centre under the Department of Home, CTA. He did his primary education from Central School for Tibetans, Herbertpur and later finished his Senior Secondary Education from Central School for Tibetans, Bylakuppe.
